Hope everyone had a better 4th than I did. I drove sober so I could take my drunk friends around. Went to 4 different Bb-qs. I didn't drink, yet I somehow managed to twist my fucking ankle and eat shit in my front yard tonight.
Bet if I was drunk I wouldn't have gotten hurt.

Hey SLA and Everyone,
Hope you all had a great and safe 4th of July. This day has a lot of meaning to us all. Maybe even a little more than usually since we have an enemy who wishes for us not to have our independence any longer. So we must be viligant in our resolve and never allow anyone to threaten what we have here.
My 4th was pretty good. We had a party like we do every year. Only thing this year, we had some sever thunderstorms and rain which began around 3pm and lasted till the early evening. But, did stop in time for us to see the fireworks, in which the barge is a few hundred yards in the ocean so everyone on the beach or vicinity has an excellent view. Luckly our backyard has a very large cover patio area so people could still be outside while it rained. And it didn't hamper our BBQing. Pretty ironic since we been in this horrible drought for months now. And suddenly it's been storming up everyday around mid-day for the last week or so.
Also, glad my dogs made it through another 4th...the new dog never experience a 4th with our family (since we just got her in April). But, seems nothing bothers her and the fireworks had no affect on her. Whereas, the other dog doesn't freak out per se. Just he goes under a desk in our family room and just rides it. He sees the being under the desk as his safe area where he feels secure. Even when food was being served he was apprehensive in coming out, but of course he managed to come out and get some steak.
Glad you all had a nice 4th of July and lets not forget what this day represents for us all. Especially in these trying times we face as a nation.

hey you ignorant asshole, read a fucking book before you disrespect someones religion. jews are forbidden to write the word, so that is their way of complying with jewish law. do you have a problem with someone obeying their religious laws, especially when it doesnt infringe on you at all? if you have a problem with that, take it up with 5000 years of recorded jewish law and tradition. now go show your ignorance somewhere else, douchebag.
The Jewish are not allowed to write or type the word "god". They also are not allowed to go to hell.
