About a year ago I was eating dinner at an Outback Restaurant. And the table behind me had a bunch of young college girls making fun of some men in the military seated near us. The were loud enough where the military guys (who were in uniform) could hear them.
I got up from my table and I apologize to those military men for what those other girls said. And these men were so nice. They said, "people have the right to say as they wish and they should be thankful they are in a position to have freedom of speech."
I asked the server of the troopers eating if he would give me their bill. And I ended up paying for their meal. When the gentleman where done. They came over to my table and thanked me. I told them it was the least I could do for them. At that time I asked them if they would join me and my kids for dessert...which they did. I was so thankful for them to join us. They were extremely polite and explained things to my 4 year old.

I cannot speak for what you or other have gotten in an email before. But, my situation I told did in fact occur. I happen to have my digital camera in my purse and even took pics of the soldier having desert with us. My kids loved. And before you say why would I take a camera to dinner.
Well, I was out with the children most of the day doing some fun things I took pictures of what we did. And what Mom doesn't carry a camera in their purse today to capture great moments with their kids. Since digital cameras have gotten to be the size of a credit card and like 10mm thick. It's easy to care around. But you believe want you want anonymous. And did you ever think this incident has happen on more than one occasion too...america is a big place you know. I have nothing to prove to you anonymous. I know what tranpired and damn proud of my actions and what happen that early evening when I was eating at the Outback with my children.
